RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves a variety of administrative tasks where you handle everything from finance and leasing administration to customer contacts and office matters, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Finance handling and ongoing administration
• Administration of leasing agreements
• Ongoing purchases and practical office matters
• Contact with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Other administrative tasks that occur in a smaller company

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed high school education
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Has good administrative skills
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good system proficiency

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with financial systems
• Previous experience in finance, administration, or finance
